Eye Mask & Face Mask （我的心机）

昨天我收到了我在BeautyStall订购的眼膜(RM 2.20 per pc)和面膜(RM 2.20 per pc)。。超值的。。 I saw the same mask at Watson but the cost is RM 6.90 per pc。。价钱有 好大的different哦。。

Before sleep，我拿了一片面膜敷在我脸上（after cleaning by using O'slee product - Rosehip hydra-white cleansing powder)。。 要敷15-20分钟哦。。 After 20 minutes, I take off the mask and 轻拍我的脸。。 把balance的精华吸收进我们的皮肤里。。 好舒服哦。。

我敷了以后，我feel到我的脸很滋潤。。 哈哈哈。。 不错哦。。

My 22nd Birthday =)

Oh no!!! I'm getting old dy... 22 yrs old... (crying...) 我可不可以永远都21岁？？？

Actually, I already celebrated my birthday on 24th Dec 2010 with my beloved family and friends.. I'm celebrating my birthday + Christmas at Upperstar, Damai... 好想吃lamb chop哦。。Then, celebrate again on 31 Dec 2010 (following my chinese birthday date - 11月26日)... But my mom forgot it... 我要remind她的。。好sad T.T

最开心的事是我的sister给我Baby-G的手表。。 My dream watch =) 我好喜欢它。。

Recipe ~ Pandan Tapioca

This is my breakfast for today ~ Pandan Tapioca ~

It looks simply but quite delicious =)

Ingredients for Pandan Tapioca:-

50 ml - pandan juice

500 gram - grated tapioca

250 gram - fine sugar

2 tablespoons - butter

200 ml - water

Mix all the ingredients inside a big bowl. Then, steam it for 45 minutes or till cooked

哇！！！ 我好久没update我的blog了。。 这次我第一次用华语来告诉你们我的神山之旅。。 我是和我的朋友, Atika去的。。 超好玩又超adventure的。。 Mount Kinabalu是Malaysia最高的一座山， 也是Sabah人的骄傲。。我可以很大声地告诉你们，“ I'M proud to be Sabahan”。。 哈哈哈。。。 整个配套我只花了RM200。。好便宜吧？？RM200包括了早餐和晚餐，preMit，保险，guard和住宿。。　超值的。。　哈哈哈。。。　

我3点早上起身，因为我要去载Atika在likas。。好远哦！！4点半到她的家。。然后又要飞去taMparuli等车。。　好赶哦！！可是我们俩好期待。。　我们大楷6点到Kinabalu　park。。我们真得没想到会遇到我的中学老师。。我们还有拍照。。　哈哈。。　太开心了。。　一共有14个人在我们的团。。　大不分是老师。。　

我们从8.30早上就start爬。。　一路上看到很多美丽的风景。。真的很美。。　你可以从我拍的照片看到Mount Kinabalu的美景。。　哈哈哈。。我太幸福了。。有瀑布，花草，等等。。　（对不起啊！！　我的华语太烂了。。）　每一KM就有一个pondok，　你可以在那里休息，喝水。。你还可以看到可爱的squirrel跟你讨food吃。。　它们好温和，不会咬人。。　一点都不怕人们。。　

我和Atika花了八个小时才到Laban Rata（半山罢了）好累哦！！我们一到哪里就冲去restaurant吃我们的晚餐　－　buffet style。。yummy＝）我们吃完以后，要走15分钟的路程才抵达我们的住宿。。真得好远哦。。又累又脚痛。。可怜啊！！那里的水就像冰溶化的一样。。非常cold。。cold到我们的骨里。。Atika一边shower一边screaming　“好cold啊！！”　哈哈哈哈。。我们shower过后就睡觉，因为明天2am就要爬到Low's Peak。。

我只睡四个小时罢了，就被Atika叫醒了。。好可怜哦。。我们只吃快速面和饼干。。然后就去换衣服。。还有雨衣。。还没天亮就要start to climb。。所以要带头电筒。。路又难走又wet。。还很冷，因为下雨。。那里的路好斜，我们需要用绳子来拉我们上去。。好辛苦哦。。那时很大风也下雨。。冷死我们了。。我们用了四个小时才到Low's Peak（可以拿到color的certificate）。。好慢哦。。可是还是爬上了。。我们还是有一点disappointed，因为我们没看到sunrise。。云遮住了太阳。。可惜！可惜！

New Recipe ~ Nyonya Kueh Ubi Serondeng

This is the kuih that i done last night which called Nyonya Kueh Ubi Serondeng @ Spicy Coconut Tapioca... Yummy and it is easy to be done =)

You need to prepare all the ingredients as follow

(a) For Ubi Kayu @ Tapioca:-

500 gram - tapioca (skin removed, washed and grated)

2 tablespoons - butter

250 gram - fine sugar

200 ml - coconut milk

50 ml - water

2 - eggs (beaten)

(b) For Serondeng @ Spicy Coconut Floss:-

2 tablespoons dried chili paste(10 to 15 dried chilies) - dried chili (chili seed removed, soaked and grounded)

100 gram - chopped red onion

2 cm slices - chopped ginger

3 cloves - chopped garlic

200 gram - grated white coconut

depends - sugar and salt

2 - 3 tablespoons - cooking oil

After that, you need to put grated tapioca inside a big bowl and mix it with butter, sugar and eggs. Then, add in coconut milk and water. You must stir well all the ingredients. Steam the mixture for 45 minutes or until cooked.

Meanwhile, you need to fry ingredient (b). First, fry red onion, garlic, ginger and dried chili till fragrant. Then, put in shredded coconut and fry it till dried. Add salt and sugar to taste.

Last step is put the spicy coconut floss on the top of cooked cassava while still hot. Only can cut it when it is cold.

Doing Role Play (03.04.2010)

On 3 April 2010, I went to Raphl's house to do the background for our role play. My sister's boyfriend sent me to Raphl's house around 8pm and both of them went to dating. I saw all of them already arrived and boys were watching football match. On the other hand, Keh Yee and Vivian at the study room, chatting with friends.

We started to draw the background while Raphl was cooking dinner for us. I like his spaghetti so much. Yummy! We draw the background for hotel room while watching the football match at his living room. Kerry and I drew the background by using pencil. After that, David and Vivian helped us blackening the lines when took 15 minutes to complete that.

Raphl asked us to eat dinner first before continue the background for kitchen. Jerrold also joined us because he was overnight at Raphl's house later on. I helped Raphl to wash all the dishes while others were continue the works. Besides dinner, Raphl has prepared some drinks for us which were alcohol drinks. He mixed with Coca-cola. All of them were drank except me.

After Kerry finished drawing the sketch of restaurant, then I started to draw on a white cotton fabric. I received a call from my sister said that she already outside Raphl's house. I asked my sister to wait or 30 minutes more because I haven't finish my drawing. So, she and her boyfriend wait for me. I went home after 30 minutes and pass all the pending jobs to them.
